Adventurous. Optimistic. Positive. Outgoing. These adjectives were used to describe Grace, a beautiful teenage girl who has been diagnosed with a rare brain tumor called Anaplastic Astrocytoma. 

Grace chose Steph Curry as her Cap Hero. She loves the Golden State Warriors and admits she has a huge crush on the famous point guard who has been called the greatest shooter of all time.

To Grace, “The cap means Steph cares about people like me.”
