When you’re a 16-year-old boy, there’s nothing cooler than a getting a cap signed by the “GOAT,” (Greatest Of All Time) quarterback Drew Brees who just happens to be from his favorite team, the New Orleans Saints. 

For Jeffrey, the cap is a reminder that he’s not fighting cancer alone. (Although as a triplet, we doubt Jeffrey does very much alone anyway.)
