Meet Victoria, a fierce, bubbly, outgoing little cutie everyone notices and gravitates towards. She’s a social, thoughtful girl who makes it a point to make others feel loved.

We can’t help but think it somewhat ironic that the cap Victoria wears to cover her little bald head during treatment is signed by Rapunzel, a character famous for her hair. 

Wouldn’t it be great if Victoria’s hair grew back to be as long as Rapunzel’s? (Okay, maybe not long!)
